Hi, I’m Tracy! I thrive where community, strategy, and impact collide. I’m all about connecting people to missions that matter, bringing big-picture thinking to life with actionable plans, and providing meaningful support to help nonprofits grow sustainably. I believe in dreaming big, acting strategically, and making the most of every dollar.

Since my first fundraising job with the March of Dimes back in 1990, I’ve worked with a variety of organizations and worn many hats. I’ve contributed to higher education, faith-based organizations, and established nonprofits, while also launching new initiatives and even building a nonprofit from the ground up. Whether leading fundraising campaigns or helping organizations craft inspiring stories, from higher ed to housing, I’ve been all in, bringing heart and hustle to every project I touch.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, gardening, reading, hiking in the NC mountains and traveling just about anywhere with my husband.  I also serve on the YMCA Board of Advisors and the Twin City Housing Capital Board, frequently volunteer with greeNest, and advocate for affordable housing.

My blood runs Carolina Blue — I’m a Tar Heel through and through, with a B.A. in Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Communication Studies from UNC Greensboro. My faith grounds and drives me forward. At the end of the day, I’m here to help people believe in a better world — and take steps to make it happen. Let’s do some good together!
