I’m Bruce.

With over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’m deeply passionate about helping organizations achieve their full potential and advance their mission. My approach is collaborative and practical—I work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, develop tailored strategies, and deliver impactful solutions.

Over the years, I’ve been privileged to support nonprofits tackling critical issues like human trafficking, extreme poverty in Haiti and the Dominican Republic, and homelessness in Winston-Salem. These experiences have given me a profound appreciation for the resilience of people and the power of community-driven change.

What sets me apart? A great sense of humor, a knack for listening deeply, and the gift of encouragement. I love inspiring others to dream big, believe in themselves, and accomplish goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether cheering on clients or guiding teams to success, I’m all in.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with my wife and kids, reading, tasting craft beer, or watching reruns of Magnum P.I. (the original, of course), Pittsburgh sports, or college football.

“Blue Hen born and Blue Hen bred,” I am a proud graduate of the University of Delaware, earned an MBA from The Citadel, and have a master’s in theology from Westminster Theological Seminary.
